01

When do fish ship?

Discus Direct™ ships live fish Monday through Wednesday via UPS. The final ship date depends on order timing, quarantine/readiness, destination, weather, and carrier conditions.

02

How early should I order?

Orders must be received at least 3 business days before the applicable shipping date. This supports the minimum quarantine and preparation process.

03

Are fish quarantined?

Yes. All fish are quarantined for at least 3 days before shipping to support observation and shipment readiness.

04

What if a fish arrives DOA?

Immediately take a clear photo of the fish upon arrival and contact Discus Direct™ right away with the order information so the claim can be reviewed under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

05

What should I do before delivery?

Prepare a fully cycled, stable aquarium; review care and acclimation guidance; monitor tracking; and arrange to receive the package promptly.
