From Order to Aquarium

| Order received | Availability and eligible shipping window are confirmed. | Orders must be received at least 3 business days before the applicable ship date. |
| Quarantine / observation | All fish complete at least 3 days of quarantine before shipping eligibility. | Fish are observed for feeding, behavior and shipping readiness. |
| Shipping preparation | Eligible fish are packed for live-fish transport. | Fish ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS. |
| In transit | UPS transports the order to the delivery address. | Track the shipment and arrange prompt receipt. |
| Arrival inspection | Inspect bags and fish immediately. | Any DOA claim requires an immediate clear photo of the fish upon arrival. |
