Order

Orders must be received at least 3 business days before the applicable shipping date.

Every fish is quarantined for at least 3 days before shipping.

Live-fish shipments leave Monday through Wednesday via UPS.

Bring the package inside promptly and inspect the fish immediately upon arrival.

Shipping may be held when weather or carrier conditions make live-fish transit unnecessarily risky.

For a DOA claim under the Live Arrival Guarantee, immediately provide a clear photo of the fish upon arrival.
