Which payment method should I use?
For normal website purchases, use the payment choices presented during the Discus Direct™ checkout. This keeps your payment tied directly to your order.
Can I pay with PayPal?
When PayPal is enabled and displayed at checkout, you can select it as your payment method and complete payment through PayPal.
Can I pay with Venmo?
Eligible U.S. customers may be offered Venmo through supported merchant checkout. Availability can depend on the checkout configuration, device and customer eligibility.
Can I use Cash App?
Cash App Pay can be used only when it is officially enabled and presented by Discus Direct™. Do not send a website-order payment to an account simply because someone sends you a username or $cashtag.
Can I use Pay Later?
If an eligible Pay Later option is displayed during checkout, the provider determines approval, terms and availability. Discus Direct™ does not make financing approval decisions.
How are refunds returned?
When a refund is due, it is generally returned through the applicable order/payment method. Provider processing times can vary. Live-fish claims remain subject to the applicable Live Arrival Guarantee requirements.
Can I split a payment between methods?
Do not assume split payments are available. Contact Discus Direct™ before placing the order if you need a special payment arrangement so the order can remain properly documented.
What about custom or special orders?
For an approved custom or special order, Discus Direct™ may provide an authorized invoice or business payment request. Follow only the payment instructions tied to that documented order.
